This Ocean City condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. The WiFi will make it easy to download a good playlist to your device, perfect for those long walks along the shoreline. Be sure to explore some of the fun on-site amenities that include a shared indoor pool and a community fitness center. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note the WiFi is provided for a fee throughout the building. A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The place was clean, the fitness center had lots to offer (there was a 10 refundable deposit if you wanted to use it), the pool was open until 10pm, and great location. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, we had so much space. Just a note for anyone who stays here, the wifi is an extra cost, parking is not included, you pay English Towers when you arrive and for check in you have to go to Vacasa to pick up your keys. Luggage carts were available at each back entrance making it easy to get your things to your unit. There is also a gym on site and a large indoor pool. The Unit was very spacious, each bedroom had a TV and all but the Master had 2 beds. We picked it because there were no bunk buds and we were all female senior citizens. They have done an upgrade with new couches ,mattresses and decor. I really enjoy staying here especially because I have different age ranges of children. I’d like how the bedrooms are set up with the two smaller rooms having two beds in it. A lot of places do not have that.
