This property comes fully furnished does not permit pets or smoking and is advertised for Winter rental NOW through April 30th at $900 per month water and trash services will be included.

Tenant is responsible for electric and internet.

Move-In expenses include 1st months' rent last month's rent and Security Deposit.

You will find the best of both worlds at Our Place at the Beach. Nestled in the beautiful tall pine trees but only 2 blocks to the Atlantic Ocean you will find this lovely and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It offers a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to eat in as well as a fully furnished screened porch for dining or just relaxing at the shore. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath TV and DVD player. The second bedroom offer 2 twin beds and you will find a queen sleep sofa in the living area for extra guests. Located on the bayside of 104th street in Ocean City MD.

Looks are deceiving

Looks are deceiving. The unit wasn’t kept well at all . Blood stains on bedding comforters in the twin beds. Mold and water stained walls outside the shower . Floor tiles were separated . Base boards behind trash can Very dirty. Rusted pot & pan set with very little amounts to cook in. Not full sets of flatware for a family of 4. Not to mention no steak knives. Last the Balcony was very in pleasing to the eye, ceiling fan rotted blades and cracked white but dirty chairs. Thanks, Peter

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, but the place was dirty - bathrooms (I had to clean the showers/toilets), macaroni, bottle caps found on the floor in master bedroom & living room. Things were broken that we are not responsible for - master bedroom closet door (left side) was off the track, the screen door to the balcony was off, left side of the toaster didn’t work, only 1 out of 4 light bulbs above the dining room table worked. Some of these aren’t deal breakers, but these were the things we observed. A handyman arrived shortly after we did to unclog the tub. Appreciated that it was fixed, but somewhat of a nuisance as we were trying to unpack.

Perfect getaway!

Very clean and spacious! This was a great location for families. The rental company was fantastic to work with and accommodating our needs during our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

Nice location

Nice location. I really liked that the beach was a short walk away. My three teenagers loved the large pool. The property was quiet and relaxing. I would only suggest that they provide more detailed cleaning. Surface cleaning was done; however, detailed cleaning was needed on floors to remove sand in bedrooms. There was evidence of previous guests (items under bed and underwear in dresser drawers). Coffee pot was not working properly and not clean. Utensil holder in kitchen drawer was dirty. Washing machine would only provide hot water. Porch door was difficult to open. Overall, we had a nice stay.
