You’ll be just steps from the beach and boardwalk, with a partial ocean view from your private balcony!  
  
Bedroom: King bed with blackout curtains, ceiling fan (with remote), bedside lamps featuring USB/USB-C ports, closet with hangers and three drawer dresser, stand-up mirror, and a 50” smart TV.  
  
Living Area: Bright and relaxing with brand-new furniture, two swivel chairs, queen-size pullout sofa (request sheets in advance), and a 55” smart TV.  
  
Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker (coffee, decaf, tea pods included), pots, pans, dishes for four, toaster, dishwasher (starter pod included), washer/dryer (starter pod included), basic spices, dining table for 3, and additional nook seating with 2 chairs (great for remote work).
