Convenient mid town ocean block condo. Perfect for a small family

Located on the ocean block between 63rd and 64th streets, Sea Mark 304 is a one bedroom, one bath condo with just what you need for a beach getaway. Clean and affordable, this is a perfect rental for a couple, small family, or those looking for a bird's eye view when the classic cars are in town! The west facing balcony gives you that Coastal Highway view, while a smaller rear, east facing balcony allows for a quieter outdoor spot for breathing in that ocean air. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to cook some meals, and a washer/dryer is also provided in the unit. To keep you connected during your stay, there are TV's in both the living room and bedroom, plus internet service. Accommodating up to six guests, bed sizes include a queen and single bunk beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Conveniently located mid town just off of the 90 bridge, the condo is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants like Annabelle's, Barrio Taco, Longboard Cafe and Fager's Island, and a quick drive to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and the OC Boardwalk. This property has Thursday and Sunday check-in during peak season and any two nights in the off season.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking. No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

My family of four shows this condo for our four day stay. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. You cannot get a good nights sleep. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not function properly. The shower and sink drains extremely slowly. There was a coffee filter left in the pot from the guest before. Parking is terrible. The back balcony faces the pool of the minion behind us. Which is a slap in the face since our condo did not offer a pool. We had to drag our suitcases up three flights of stairs. There were no elevators offered. I would never recommend this place. My family actually checked out a day early because of the uncomfortable stay.

Mid town delight

Our family stayed here in June 2023. Condo was lovely. Hardly any sand when we arrived. Very tidy. You do need you own sheets, blankets, towels, napkins and toilet paper. Bedroom electrical was a bit tricky. One switch had to be on for the other switch to work. Which also operated the power to outlet near bed for phone charger. Definitely stay there again. Hopefully in 2024.

Fine place to lay your head.

The condo was fine. We don’t spend a ton of time indoors on vacation so it did the job for somewhere to lay our heads during a last minute trip. Could use a good deep cleaning. Floor left our bare feet black (seriously, black). Overall it was fine, with a little upgrading & a good cleaning, it would be a really enjoyable place to stay.

Quick family trip

We were looking for a quick get-a-way to the beach. This unit was close to the beach, big enough for the 3 of us and had our required amenities: washer/dryer, small kitchen and 2 porches!

Great little place

Overall this property is great. It is close to the beach, close to lots of fun restaurants and touristy spots within walking distance. Check-in was super close to the building and a painless process as well as checkout. The only draw back is it is close to the road and it is an older building so the sound from the road is difficult to relax to. Also the curtains don't block out the lights so it was difficult to not have the light shine through.

Get what you pay for

A little updating goes a long way. Coffee pot leaks and could use some room darkening shades in the bedroom. The furniture was arranged differently than pictured and living room chairs were completely different.

Great location

The unit is a little dated but worth the stay at such a bargain price. It is nice to have the extra bedding for a family without renting a two bedroom unit. The bunk beds were great for the kids. Small bathroom for a lot of girls but would be fine for boys.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

The Good You get 2 parking passes. Half of the parking area is in the shade under the building. Due to pillars under the building you might have trouble fitting a large car in that area. 2 balconies, 1 front bay side facing 6 lane street, 1 back shore side facing building. Reasonably clean. Some grit on the floor but that is to be expected with sand being tracked in. There is a restaurant and a food market right across the street. Annabelles specializes in barbecue. Try their nachos - they are a meal in itself for 2. Noise is ok considering there can be 25,000 visitors here driving cars. The Bad Took 2 showers. First one came close to running out of hot water. Second one the hot water ran out before I could finishing the shower. Vinyl shower curtain. Used the apartment sized washer/dryer once. The washer was very noisy but did the wash. Silverware is real cheap. Could get a good set for $10 at a flea market. 32” TV in living room. No TV in bedroom. Using the TV is painful as they apparently have the Xfinity Limited Basic Starter kit. Many channels get “This Requires a Subscription”. Metal divider on floor between kitchen and living room awful noisy when stepped on, probably has sand under it. Getting a bike to the 3rd floor can be tricky with the steep, narrow winding steps but we did see a neighbor that had one. Flies. For some reason we were annoyed by flies. Couldn’t seem to get rid of them. Bought some fly traps and fly swatter. That did the trick. The flies had nothing to do with the condo, just more flies here than we have at home. Internet constantly disconnected from my laptop although my iPad didn't have an issue. Disconnections seemed to have gotten worse as the day went on. Eventually had to give up and used my girlfriends phone hotspot without any issues. Many of the wall switches are upside down. The Ugly Nothing really. General Info Things you might forget. Dish towel, towel for bathroom floor, toilet paper, towel to clean up any messes, paper towels, plastic containers.. Condo contains microwave, toaster, coffee pot, 6 serving silverware set, closet full of pots/pans, electric mixer, electric blender, washer, dryer, dish washer. There is an iron, broom, plenty of extra pillows, a few glasses, a few mugs (not large) and 4 wine glasses, some sharp knives, scissors, pizza cutter, can opener, cork remover ice cream scoop, spatulas, measuring cups. Cookie sheets in oven.

A short escape to the ocean

If not located next to the busiest Coastal Highway, it would be great- close to the beach and convenient. The drapes let too much light into the bedroom. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Be prepared to bring absolutely everything you need.

What we needed!

We were looking for a quick family trip. It was three of us. This condo was all we needed. The set up was nice. Great location and we loved that it was across from Freddies. I think it would have been a little tight for a larger family. When we arrived, we did clean everything over again due to Covid and there were spots that needed it. The condo could use a couple updates/upkeeps to make it feel nicer. But nothing huge that stands out. Thanks for the nice stay!

First Family Vacation

Great location, good for family trips. Close to the beach. The room didn't smell the cleanest and there was sand and hair on the floor from the last people that stayed. Other than that, it was clean and we really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed.
