CONDO AMENITIES Outdoor pool THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guest accounts. A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. There is no elevator in the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. These are all of the problems I had with the unit. 1\. No Air Conditioning 2.Stove top was so dirty I had to use a razor blade to scrape of the burnt on food so I could make breakfast. 3.I sent you pictures of the ceiling fan and outside deck that needed cleaning. 4.I forgot to mention the place has ants running around in the kitchen. ##### Robert B. We did not feel the cleaning service was good. The dishwasher was full, floors were not thoroughly cleaned, under the beds look like they haven’t been cleaned in an extremely long time. Pros - nice location, loved having a private balcony that looked at the pool and water. Property manager extremely nice. The air-conditioned had a problem and she came over personally and looked at it and had some right over to fix it. The place itself was very clean. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and had no problem fitting everyone. Cons. It is need of some updates. The windows done open, so when the air-conditioning went we had no air in the kids room. The door to the balcony in the master bedroom is old and hard to open. The shower in the master bedroom is on the smaller side.
