It’s an older building, but decently kept. The pool was clean, the bathroom fixtures were clean, except for the bath mat which could have used laundering or replacing. The kitchenette was decently equipped and if you wanted to you would definitely be able to prepare simple meals there, although there was oddly no dish soap so something to keep in mind.
