The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. This condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. You'll have plenty of room to enjoy meals with bar seating and a dinner table. There are TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer and dryer. Comfortable outside seating is perfect for enjoying those cool summer breezes. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a pyramid bunk that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and even a championship billiards room. This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention Center (2 blocks) and Secrets (7 blocks). You also love only having to walk two streets to the 45th shopping center where you will enjoy some great restaurants and beautiful bay views. The Makai is strategically located to many other great restaurants/bars, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy. We didn’t have any issues with the keypad at the main entrance or the one on the condo door. Reviewer Comments: It had everything we needed from cooking supplies to comfortable beds the whole condo building was clean and had some building amenities that were good also it was very convenient they have carts for bringing luggage and your stuff up to your space. My only downside main room TV was small I would say bring you’re own smart device(Google chrome, Fire stick etc)for the tvs in the rooms to entertain kids or if you want to watch shows that you need to stream and if you were to be stuck in the house on a bad weather day ##### Joe D. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect location for our plans - every place only a few blocks walk: The Barn(breakfast - there are others), Coconuts(beach, drinx, music), Secrets(more drinx, more music), Jet-Ski rentals, etc. Only thing not walkable is grocery / convenience / drug store, so, you'll have to drive for provisions.Very surprised at the rigid check-in(4pm) / out(10am) times and you have to bring your own sheets / towels or pay a stupid high fee for a "linen package". Only disclosed AFTER booking. If you have someone who can bring them in their car, fine but if you're flying-in it's another suitcase just to tote towels and sheets!Along same lines, I get it's not a hotel, but, I'd think if you expect guests to clean the place, at least provide more than 1 garbage bag and a few amenities, like, a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.Once checked in, it's comfortable and clean, but needs some repair - especially guest bed / bath. Had to plunge the guest bath shower for 5 minutes to get paper & plastic out so it could drain. The shower head was a trickle. I'd think the cleaning / maintenance crew would notice and takes care of these things, especially, since they get 6 hours to clean such a small place - and it's very heavily emphasized in the "welcome" info.All in all, we were there for beach and fun, not cooking and homey, so, it worked as a home base to allow us to stay together with other couple and was a little less than than a hotel. The condo is exactly as listed and as photos show. It is at a great location for us as we vacation each year with extended family that stays around 36th St. and besides that, it is central to everything. The main bedroom can be noisy through the night as the condo is located right beside coastal highway but that’s just the way it is there are no complaints just a heads up. Another one would be to take a drying rack for the balcony. The main bedroom bath has a sliding door and a shower door so nowhere to really hang multiple towels or other items to dry.
