The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical! Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a large heated outdoor pool with a huge sunbathing deck, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball court and even a large game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 9\. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed and a flat screen TV. There are 2 full baths in all (both have been updated). The beautiful kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals from home. The unit features plenty of room to stretch out with ample living area space and large flat screen TV. There is a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit and free Wi-Fi for those that may need to work while away along with a DVD player for entertaining nights at home. No waiting in line for a key. \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk. \*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. It did not say anywhere that you could only have 2 parking spots and any other cars would have to park on the street or in the public parking. We had 3 vehicles and had to park one down the street at the municipal parking. We were told there was not enough spots for everyone but everyday there were multiple open parking spots. It was spacious, with large bedrooms and closet space. The view was great. I enjoyed the recliners by the patio so I could be in the A/C but feel like I was on the patio. Plates and dishes were nice. Notes for checking in that would have been helpful to know-- the sign for the Quay is small and easy to miss from the street; park anywhere, then look for the 'exit' sign underneath 2nd floor walkway, the security entrance is there. Also there are laundry carts you can use to bring your belongings to the unit. Ask security where to find them. If you arrive at 4pm just expect a lot of carts waiting for elevators. It wasnt bad, I just would have liked to have this info ahead of time to be prepared. Would definately rent this unit again. ##### laura s. As an added bonus, the outdoor pool was open during our visit, which was a happy surprise.The management team was very nice and welcoming. The only small challenges we encountered were that the key fob instructions for the building entrance weren’t included, and the door key code directions were missing a step. Once we figured those out, everything went smoothly.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again next year! ##### Ann L.
