The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical! Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a large heated outdoor pool with a huge sunbathing deck, indoor pool, tennis court, basketball court and even a large game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 9\. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin bed and a flat screen TV. There are 2 full baths in all (both have been updated). The beautiful kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals from home. The unit features plenty of room to stretch out with ample living area space and large flat screen TV. There is a full-sized washer and dryer inside the unit and free Wi-Fi for those that may need to work while away along with a DVD player for entertaining nights at home. No waiting in line for a key. \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 1 uncovered parking space. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk. \*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The starter supplies were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. As an added bonus, the outdoor pool was open during our visit, which was a happy surprise.The management team was very nice and welcoming. The only small challenges we encountered were that the key fob instructions for the building entrance weren’t included, and the door key code directions were missing a step. Outdoor pool was decent. It was annoying that the bathrooms on the 2nd floor were locked and required the “fab” in order to use them, our room only had 1 fab for a family of 5 so we really couldn’t even use it. Our suite was very spacious and clean, perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very nice. The carpets were stained in places and looked a little dirty. Hardwood would be much better. Or at least something that can be sanitized. I was disappointed with the tv situation, they are outdated and the tv in the living room has trouble staying connected to WiFi, streaming Netflix was painful. The master did not have a smart tv, just a cable network, my son’s tv was a cable tvas well and there were no kids channels on the cable tv package. The tv in the last bedroom would allow Netflix streaming but again it just wouldn’t stream. Television for kids is a must! Especially for rainy days. Overall the room was good. ##### Susanna C. The master bedroom and bathroom are separate from the 2 other bedrooms. As a chronically ill person, this was perfect for me and my partner when I needed privacy or quiet.
