Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in this amazing 1 BR unit with a full kitchen! The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make those cost saving meals at home. There is laminate flooring throughout. The living area has a new sofa and chair. The sofa converts to a queen bed and has an attached phone charger. The coffee table lifts up to accommodate working on a laptop or enjoy a meal in front of the TV. The full-size bathroom has a shower/tub combo and features beautiful subway tile. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the unit. You'll enjoy the fact that this condo is steps away from the pool; convenient when the kids want to swim, and parents want to sit and chill on the balcony keeping an eye on them! This unit is conveniently located off 33rd street and is only about 2 blocks to the beach. The North end of the boardwalk is an easy 4 block walk. There is a jet ski rental less than a block away along with a great spot for fishing! Jolly Roger amusement park is only a block away too. You will be strategically located for all activities at the inlet along with many fantastic restaurants and bars! So, come stay at this fabulous unit and create your own Ocean City Memories!
