Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: No parking available. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. I inquired about said issue and was assured by vrbo/vacasa it was taken care of. When we arrived, we walking into cobwebs. There where spiders in every corner of the place. We took the vacuum and sucked them all up and the cobwebs throughout the place, including the bathtub. The bedroom with the twin bed has a hole in the floor and the floor is buckling up. The floor in the living room is uneven and not sure its attached to the frame. The ants are everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. The only good part of this place is the location. It was convenient to walk to the boardwalk. It is nicely decorated and liked the colors. It would be a really cute place if it wasnt falling apart and was insect free. ##### Tina B.
