View the hypnotic waves of the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets over the bay right from our balcony. The spacious living room is completely comfortable with matching sofa bed, love seat, and chair, as well as a 65' Visio HD Smart TV with NETFLIX and DVD player. Our unit is bright and nautical, continually updated, and meticulously kept. The long dining table and cushioned chairs seat six comfortably, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen has all of the conveniences of home and is fully stocked with everything you'll need. There is even an extra-large counter with bar stools which gives you more room to cook or just spread out. The master bedroom includes 2 queen-size beds, 2 dressers, a 42' TV and a DVD player. The walk-in closet has huge shelves for storing luggage or anything else that would take up your living space. A private, full bath completes this room. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, another full size bed and a swivel shelf dresser. The over sized closet will hold clothes and much more. There is also a 36' smart TV. Everyone can watch what they like! The second, full bath is directly across the hall. There is always plenty of hot water for showers after a day on the beach. And what do you do if it rains? The Capri has an indoor heated pool, an indoor basketball court, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, arcade games, a library, and a work-out room with treadmills, exercise bikes, nautilus equipment and more. All of these extras are located on the second floor, along with your direct beach access. If you love the sun, but hate the sand, the large deck has tables with umbrellas, and lounging chairs for sun bathing. The deck is also a great place for a crab feast with family and friends. We even have a convenience store! Public restrooms are conveniently located across from the pool. For a relaxing time or some adventurous fun, our unit in the Capri is the perfect choice for your next vacation. NOTE: Unfortunately, we do not rent to high school seniors for senior week. There is a $75 vehicle registration fee charged by the building management at the time of your arrival. Ed communicated immediately and thoroughly so we had very few questions. The location is great in that it's the perfect floor to see both the bay and ocean clearly. It's also just far enough away from the boardwalk to find a higher level of peace if that's what you are seeking but also close enough for a short drive. The indoor pool was awesome and the sun deck is attached so you can enjoy both easily. We had an amazing time! ##### Elizabeth L. It was right on the beach, great balcony view of the beach, and the furnishings all made you feel like you were on a beach vacation. The owner, Ed, was a pleasure to work with. He promptly responded to all texts and calls and the keys were sent to us prior to us arriving so the check in was seamless. We also needed an extra car space and there was no problem getting it. The condominium building was exercising great Covid-19 safety precautions which included one family per elevator and mandatory mask wearing while inside the building. However, in line with these precautions, the condominium board had decided to close all indoor amenities including the pool, game room, basketball room, and sauna. Only the tennis court was open. We were not aware of this prior to arriving at the condo but Ed was very gracious and honorable in providing us a reasonable solution for this inconvenience. Overall, great condo with a great location and a great owner. It was close to all the great restaurants and activities Ocean City has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo for families seeking a nice beach vacation. ##### Sam P. Booking and communications with the property manager were great! The place was nice and clean. The only issue we experienced was with parking. If you need a second space make sure you call ahead. We did call ahead and reserved one. At checkin they tried to have us park a truck in a space for a tiny car, but the person issuing the permits did not check that we had reserved another one. So I had to go to the managers office to get it handled because he told me that was the only spot available and even if we could have fit there was someone in the spot. The manager of the building handled it, but it was an inconvenience. Also, make sure you take cash for the parking and have correct change because you have to pay cash and twice they did not have change. ##### Nena M. We felt right at home in this comfortable and clean condo and can’t wait to visit again! We had great weather and the beach was very comfortable- plenty of room to social distance. Given the pandemic, we chose to order carryout most nights and enjoyed eating in the condo or on the deck, listening to the ocean waves! Rooms were spacious and well-appointed.
