This gorgeous 4 bedroom townhome is conveniently located on the bayside, just 2 blocks from the beach. This property is beautifully appointed with flat screen tvs, cable, free WiFi, a state-of-the-art stereo system with Bluetooth capability, and luxurious furnishings and décor. All bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses, so you can enjoy a great night's sleep. Savor your water view while you sip your coffee in the kitchen or numerous balconies. You will be within walking distance of various rental watersports, mini-golf, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. This wonderful community offers a community pool and complementary access to the bay for fishing or crabbing. Three private parking spaces are available with additional on-street parking.

Amazing property….one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in and that’s 27 years and counting. Right in the middle of everything. Also has a nice clean pool area. Def will be back here…

Great location; especially for teenagers who want to explore and shop on their own. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Getting to the beach was a breeze and it was nice have the crosswalk with a light for crossing. Our only complaint was communication with the owners but I think that was the fault of VRBO.

Well maintained property in great location

Just across the coastal highway from the beach. Walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The property is very spacious and well maintained. The host was very accommodating. I would certainly stay again.

What an awesome place! The view was wonderful, parking was great and the location was perfect. Loved the centralized location to all the stores and dinner/breakfast place's. Just one block off the beach! Place itself was very well decorated and came very nicely equipped with everything u could need to cook for a large family.

Great location and spacious house.

House is clean, neat, and comfortable beds. Enough space to gather, but also have privacy. Walking distance to coffee, breakfast, ice cream, and restaurants. Close to beach. Close drive to Convention Center. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Ocean City, MD !

A group of us 7 ladies stayed here a few weeks ago and had a great time. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was a short 2 block walk to the beach, and the owners were very helpful and available for the checking in process. I can't really think of a thing that I would change. We'll be back!

Wonderful family vacation

My husband & I celebrated our 40th anniversary with a beach vacation and our daughters and grandchildren. Everyone had a fantastic time and so many memories were made. The house was the perfect size for our 5 adults and 4 children. The amenities were great and being able to use the beach gear in the garage really helped. I recommend this property highly. Also the owners were very helpful with information we asked about and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a memorable celebration and family vacation.

Beautiful spacious home on the bay!

This condo is exceptionally large and beautifully decorated. There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for all our stuff. The huge dining room table was our hub for the week and we spent many evenings laughing and talking around it. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. The owners are wonderful to deal with. We received a call the evening before check in to go over some things, a call check in day to make sure everything was up to par and then again after check out to see how our stay was. I would highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Experience

Great rental! I would recommend this condo to everyone. The owners were wonderful, responsive and available. The location is perfect with access to the bay and easy beach access a very short walk. Pool was very nice. Plenty to do in walking distance. The condo itself was perfect. Well equipped, clean, high end, with plenty of space for everyone, nicely decorated. Plenty of parking, garage for vehicle and storage for bikes, kayaks. Friendly neighbors. From booking to the end of our vacation it was a pleasant experience and I would rent this unit again. Great value and great place to stay. We had a varied group from young children up to 72 years old and this rental fit everyone's needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful Well Maintained Home - Great Location - Wonderful Accommodating Hosts!

Our stay at this house was perfect - great location and there was plenty of parking between the garage, parking pad and street for our group of 10. Tina and George are extremely nice and were just a phone call away should we have needed them. We arrived to a welcome basket with a few key items, but we brought our own paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc as well. The house was well maintained and very clean. It was also already stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap and trash bags. The kitchen/dining area was by far our favorite part of this home. We loved sitting around the large dining table and enjoying the view with the balcony doors open. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Beach Vacation for Family

We visited this property for a one-week family vacation with 3 adult couples and 2 1-year olds. The location was great - short walk to the beach and the beach was never very crowded even during prime season because it is on a narrow part of the island. We also enjoyed being able to use the community pool as an alternative to the beach some afternoons. The house was clean and spacious. Only thing we would have done different would be to bring a second baby gate because we only had one and there was two sets of stairs. Besides that, the house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and we were even greeted with a welcome bag that included some must-have items such as dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The owner reached out to us a few weeks before our trip and again on our arrival day to address any questions and walk us through some of the property details (entrance code, wi-fi, linens, trash, etc.) We had a great time and would certainly book this property again!

Excellent!!!

We were in town for a dance competition and really enjoyed our time! We've come a few years in a row now, and this year, by far, was the most positive experience. The townhome is beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We had 2 families in one location and everyone had a "spot" to go! We spent most of our time around the large dining room table! Talking, eating, playing games - it was a big part of our family time. We loved it!!! We were close to the beach, the convention center and restaurants. The area is surprisingly quiet considering how centrally located it is. We didn't hear our neighbors once! We ended most nights with a walk to get ice cream! The community pool isn't very large but when we went, it wasn't crowded and was just enough for the kids to enjoy. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable location for the week - this is your spot. The beds were comfortable, the place very clean and with kids and pre-teens - the Smart HD TVs were well received!! We hooked up our Wii and had hours of fun while it rained. We'll definitely be back - we're just waiting for our studio to release next year's schedule! Thanks again. Excellent place!

Wonderful property, great location, owners who care

Overall I'd rate this place an A+ one of the best rentals we've ever taken. It's clear that the owners care and they maintain the property very well. Tina was in touch well in advance with an information booklet and she called us the day we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. She called again when we left to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. The property looks just like the pictures, tastefully decorated and has all the essentials plus some. There was a welcome basket when we arrived full of everything we needed, toilet paper, detergent, soap, even coffee and creamer. And perhaps it was because it was late in the season but the drawers were filled with things like plastic bags, foil and condiments. I wish I hadn't stopped at the store before I left to buy all those things! My tip would be to take a look at what's there before you buy. There's also a market within walking distance for anything you need. My only complaint was that the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn't very good, there seemed to be some imbalance so it was hot at night, but there was a stand up fan in the closet that we used and we kept the shades drawn to keep the heat out. Tina said that she was going to have that looked at. Also some more towel hooks would be nice to hang wet clothing. The cleaning was okay. The downstairs toilet was stopped up when we arrived but nothing that a plunger didn't fix and also the dishwasher was full of clean dishes which was slightly annoying to put away. But now I'm nitpicking because everything was pretty great. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach (there was even a beach cart and chairs in the garage) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was small but nice and never crowded. We really enjoyed the balconies and sat outside at night to watch the sunset. Overall everything was wonderful and we'd definitely go back. Thanks for everything!

Property really does not comfortably sleep 10. Living room only seats 5 and not comfortably. Kitchen is good. Dining room could use 2 more chairs. Too many stairs for 70+ yr. olds (we were aware it is 3 stories but many stairs to each level).AC not adequate in 3rd floor and very cold in lower levels
