Weather was outstanding, as was the balcony view from 107\. Totally enjoyed our stay, and the location is quiet at the north end away from boardwalk. It is an easy drive down to 13th for a leisurely walk. Our accomodations were just fine. A couple of notes for the beachfront purist. Because this unit is on the end of the building, the master bedroom is not on the beachfront, but on the side. No sunrise view from your bed, in other words. Great to have a pre-assigned parking spot, and it is super easy to walk out to the beach. It was a perfect weekend getaway! ##### Jeffrey H.
