The unit was nice, location was great, proximity to beach was good. My only negative comment is the balcony furniture was worn and not very welcoming considering what a nice ocean front balcony it was. We spent little time out there because of it. Also, they need blackout shades in the back bedroom. There is a bright exterior light that stays on overnight that made it difficult for sleep. Most condos have this annoying light but do little to fix it.
