The unit has recently been updated and has new furnishings throughout, for your ultimate vacation experience. The unit has a large gourmet kitchen with a spacious island, and the dining space has a large table with magnificent views that will comfortably seat 10 people. Meals-in can be lasting vacation memories in this great space! A Keurig coffee maker and Magic Bullet drink maker are provided for guests use. The living room has abundant seating with a large sectional sofa and separate chair. There is cable TV as well as streaming available in the living room. There are 3 additional smart TVs in each bedroom. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single) in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area. The owners have also provided a twin cot and Pack-n-Play for guests use at no charge. Guest needs to supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package includes sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo (please note that sheets for neither the cot nor Pack-n-Play are included in the linen package). There is an in-unit washer and dryer and the owners have provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and wave boards for guests use as well (located in the unit's storage locker on the Mezzanine level). The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days and unit rents from Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. This is a non-smoking/vaping property and unit, and smoking is strictly forbidden except in designated areas of the property. Absolutely no smoking/vaping is permitted in the unit or on the unit's balcony. Pets are not allowed. A $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee is due with your reservation. There are 2 parking spacing provided for the duration of your stay. Vehicle tag numbers are required for both spaces and please note that the indoor parking garage height clearance is 7 feet. Please plan accordingly for vehicle overhead storage carriers. Property owner does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25\. Well-stocked for initial visit. Views of ocean were breathtaking both from inside and on the balcony. The inside pool was well-maintained and perfect for young kids. Parking was easy peasy and building was very safe and secure. (Only issue was a minor one: a kitchen drawer did not close and had to be repaired. Contacted property manager immediately but was not fixed during our stay. This means the huge silverware insert sat on the beautiful island for our entire stay.)
