Our Ocean City ground-level condo offers plenty of amenities and a convenient location close to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, but without the noise and traffic. The condo is in a beautiful award-winning 96-unit condominium community oasis. The unit is ideally located just steps to the community pool and peaceful courtyard. The two-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom (all new master bedroom furniture in 2022) and two twin beds and a trundle hide-away bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living space for more options. The unit also offers free Wi-Fi, smart flat-screen TV, washer/dryer, and most cooking paraphernalia for a summer-time feast. Or, if you are looking for a night out, we are just a few blocks to Coastal Highway where you'll find food, games, and nightlife for everyone's taste. Recent improvements include replacement of all carpet with beautiful luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new dishwasher and washer/dryer, new AC unit and a completely renovated bathroom. The Condo was extremely clean, very accommodating to our vacation needs. Dining area was perfect size to sit around and play cards. The bedrooms were set up to feel like your home. Very comfortable mattress on all. The queen size pullout couch was perfect for teens. What more can you ask for. (No pullout Couch is ever comfortable for adults). Bathroom was very clean,hot water was just enough for all of us to take hot showers. The ability to use the washer and dryer is a bonus (and great one at that). Access into the condo was simple and easy. The bike rack is something to be desired especially when you have several bikes to lock up. Lack of bike space seemed to be a common issue all over not just at Gullway Villa's. Overall our stay was wonderful and will definitely look to book another stay. ##### Eric A. We loved having the pool right outside. It was so easy for the kids to run back in to the unit if they forgot something or needed to go to the bathroom. The walk to get to the beach was easy. It was 10-15 min at a leisurely pace. The owner of this unit was helpful and quick to respond to questions that we had before the trip. They also had a lot of supplies on hand in the unit which was awesome. My only negatives (very minor) were with the bathroom and the kitchen. Sharing just one bathroom can at times be challenging with 6 or 7 people. We knew this going in but it was still tough when the hot water ran out quickly or if someone needed the bathroom while a dif person was showering. The kitchen was extremely tiny -- really only enough room for 1 person at a time. So meal times were sometimes tricky. We had to wait turns to go in and get the food we wanted. We had an amazing time here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The smart TV in the living room was nice at night to relax. We were thankful to be able to do laundry while we stayed. The washer and dryer worked great. We loved going to the pool. It was very quiet and secluded. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and getting in the OCMD vibe. Great restaurants and local eateries close by. We had a small issue but the owner was super quick to respond.
