This condo features a limited bay view. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Guests must supply sheets, towels all soap and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Property rents any three nights all year! This condo can sleep 6 with a king in bedroom 1 and 2 sets of single bunk beds in bedroom 2\. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25\. The location was across the street from the beach, we chose to drive but you could walk. In walking distance of a food joint and ice cream. The kids liked the pool access while my husband was over the moon with the sauna. The check in was easy and whom assisted, I want to say Mary, was an absolute delight. Parking wasn't terrible, plentiful though tight. The security guard was a bit unsettling with how much he was around my teenagers, at every turn, both in and out of the building, but I'm sure he had a job to do. The instructions sent were clear, and the cleanliness was impressive. If we could swing another family vacay, we'd likely return! ##### Jessica K.
