Enjoy endless direct ocean front views, sunshine and lovely breezes from the large open balcony. This well maintained two bedroom, two bath condo features many custom upgrades throughout including floors, furniture and decor in soothing cool blues and neutrals. The fully equipped kitchen is complimented with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and nicely accented with a tiled backsplash creating the backdrop you need to whip up your favorite meals. The living room/dining room area boasts a 65" Smart TV and DVD and open floor plan to enjoy lots of quality time with the special people in your lives. Both bedrooms provide awesome views of the ocean as well. Sleeping up to six guests, the primary bedroom has a queen and private bath, and the 2nd Bedroom has one-twin over double bunk bed w/twin pull out. TV uses ROKU. The Atlantis building offer elevators for easy access, an oceanfront outdoor pool, and an outside shower to rinse off after a great day at the beach. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Some beach equipment is provided for your convenience in the hallway closet. There are a number of nearby shops and restaurants, including those at the Gold Coast Mall. Note a discount is available from OC Fit Gym at 118th street next to the Food Lion offering the following to guest's of the Atlantis: daily rates are $10 (30% Discount), weekly $60 (20% Discount). Additional information can be found at https://ocfitgym.com. Guests must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Please be advised there is a $60 cash non refundable parking registration fee due at building. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Families only. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping property. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25\. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list. All they did was walk around blowing their whistle and telling kids they can’t jump, dive, splash water, have any types of toys in the pool. Not even a football or a kick board!! I can understand no big floats but not even a ball??? My daughter was told she can’t wear a mermaid tail while swimming in the pool!! They were plenty of dishes, pots, measuring cups, spices, dish soap, pretty much anything you would need. We brought toiletries obviously, and sheets, but it this place provides a lot. They were even games, books, umbrellas and chairs. I liked that you could see the pool from the balcony. There was also a beautiful view of the ocean. Sometimes The view is obscured by the clay balcony but you just have to go to the side to look out. It felt very private. Typically you were right next to someone else’s balcony, but not with this place. It’s also a nice balcony if you are afraid of heights because you don’t see through the slats. We had a little bit of trouble with the front door. Sometimes he would have to jiggle the key to get in. There was a trick to it so it was hard when I was sending my 12-year-old up to the condo to get some thing. One of the toilets got clogged a couple times but that could’ve been too much toilet paper on our part. Overall, I was very happy with this place. Everything seem to new and the decor was very nice.
