This beachfront complex enjoys an unbeatable location right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Some of the must-visit attractions include Northside Park, Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, and Sun Outdoors Frontier Town Western Theme Park. As soon as you enter this charming beach abode, you are greeted by a spacious and sunny open floor plan. The large living room boasts inviting sofas strategically placed near a gigantic smart TV with streaming and cable services and four glass sliders leading to an extensive oceanfront balcony with impressive, unobstructed views of the beach, bay, and ocean. The balcony offers a fantastic spot to unwind and lounge while taking in the sunset. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals for the crew, including all stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area off the kitchen makes a great gathering place to enjoy your homemade feasts and game nights. The primary bedroom overlooks the ocean with easy access to the beachfront balcony. This suite also boasts a smart TV and an en suite bath that has been redone. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 16. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and was adequate seating for us (2 adults and 3 children). A larger party may not feel same. The family room/tv area has ample space and seating but the couch and loveseat upholstery need replacing - soiled from use and the Chairs are covered in vinyl upholstery. Vinyl/pergo flooring makes for easy cleaning of sand but equipment to vacuum and sweep are outdated or not maintained - a Cornhusk broom and a vacuum with a full cleaner bag with no replacements available. Bathroom in master bedroom is lovely and roomy with 2 sinks and standing shower. Unfortunately the grout in the shower is beginning to get moldy. Obviously The cleaning crew is skipping this work. Both Bathroom ventilation fans are loaded with dust. Master bedroom has king bed with a firm mattress but comfortable. There’s a slider door with balcony access but it doesn’t work. Maintenance crew had to come out to fix three issues- slider, curtain rod, & garbage disposal. Slider was the only job that couldn’t be repaired. Our stay was enjoyable but it had its glitches as mentioned and more. The view is quite lovely but I expected more for what I paid for and will try another oceanfront place next trip. ##### Terri A.
