As a guest of the condo, you'll enjoy direct access to the beach, along with the use of a seasonal outdoor pool overlooking the ocean and a tennis court. On one side of the condo is an oceanfront balcony facing the beach and the morning sunrise; on the other is a bayside balcony with a view of the sunsets over Assawoman Bay. The comfortable interior comes furnished for family comfort, with thoughtful features equipped to promote healthy home living. The air-conditioning system is fitted with a purifying filters that remove airborne dust and allergens. The washer features an oxidizer setting which does not require the use of detergent. Plan home-cooked meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and kick back on the plush sofa to stream shows and movies on the living room smart TV. COMPLEX AMENITIES \- Outdoor, unheated pool (open Memorial Day to Labor day, subject to change) \- Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 10. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. There was plenty of parking and the building provides luggage carts so you can quickly get your belongings in and out. We stayed a couple of weeks before season, so the pool wasn't open yet, but the beach access was extremely convenient. The unit itself was extremely clean and had a fairly modern design. We loved that the towels came in their own packaging and that we were also left a "gift bag" of laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, travel size body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom. Living room TV could be bigger from the couch to the TV is a long distance. Hurricane shutters on the balcony would improve the unit as well. An oceanfront condo with beach waves and surf sounds 24/7\. Extremely nice place with bed uniquely situated to catch sunrise daily!! All the amenities of home. The host thought of everything to make our stay great. The condo has 2 balconies on the ocean and in the bay. The outdoor pool was very nice. The condo is minutes from the beach.
