It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. This room was accommodating and clean. The room is on a floor that's high enough to offer a good ocean view. The only issues were the TV in the second bedroom was not connected and didn't have the ability to be connected. The required cables were not installed. The remote was missing which is the only way I could have got the TV to work. The was a lamp in the master bedroom that wasn't close enough to an outlet to plug in. I had to move the bedside table and the bed to plug it in behind the bed. Aside from those issues I would stay again and recommend this unit. ##### Scott B. Hotel amenities are wonderful. The condo itself needs updating and wasn't very clean. The toilet in the master bath had a black ring, possibly mold, the tub in the secondary bathroom did not drain much so when we showered we were standing in water past our ankles. The beds in the secondary bedroom were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress' had zero support. The dishes and decor throughout are very outdated. Not a huge deal, just a comment that it isnt very modern. The tvs in the bedrooms are very small, especially the master bedroom. Again not a huge deal, just a comment. Also a keurig would be nice to have available. The electric can opener does not work. The dvd player is probably unnecessary and would eliminate having so many remotes. ##### Lisa B. The condo was clean and seemed well kept after. The location is great and is within either walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and bars. It is also an easy drive to the Delaware beaches and outlets. That being said the condo as well as the hotel it is located in are very dated. The appliances (washer/dryer and the dishwasher ) have to be closer to thirty years old. Some of the decor and the popcorn ceilings are probably from the same time period. The cabinets are lined with wall paper that is peeling badly. If you plan on doing any kind of cooking, the utensils and cookware seemed cheap and have certainly seen better days. Overall we probably would stay here again based on the price point, but some upgrades are definitely needed. ##### Thomas M. Great amenities at the resort. The place was clean and quiet. We loved the ocean front and the balcony. Many items in the condo itself were broken, so I made sure to send pictures right away to management so that they knew we were not responsible. The communication was great. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I'd suggest bringing your own pillows, as there were few, and they were very flat. Also, if 8 people are showering around the same time, hot water was limited. I'd suggest spreading them out throughout the day, or having some shower in the morning and some at night. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. ##### Jillian E. The condo was clean, was happy to find the beds made and enough of what we needed. Just a note for the owners, the outside wall to the front balcony was in need of a scrubbing other than that all was very clean. Probably kids in the 2nd bedroom with hands and feet hitting the wall since the bed is right up against it. I would recommend this condo highly. Not only was it nice and clean it also has the best of views of the ocean. Perfect balcony, living room AND bedroom for views. Would feel happy to use this condo again. ##### Carol Ann J.
