Our pass code for the condo never worked, we put two work tickets in and I never heard anything back from anyone. I took my own vacation time out went back to the office and complained about not having the code, and one key with multiple people staying. The girls at the 64th street office in ocean city Maryland could have cared less about our problem, stated they were going to tell the building manager, of course I never heard back. Poor customer service! The shower curtain in one of the bathroom had mold on it, holes in the wall from the doors hitting them from the wind. Toilet running all the time. View was beautiful but the staff at the office needs to be fired along with the building manager for Summer Beach. 705 was our unit. Loved the balcony and how close we were to everything. We had to physically check in at a secondary (Vacasa) location before actually going to the unit which felt a little old-school, I’m spoiled by the automatic codes that don’t usually make you do that anymore. Had all the comfort of our own home with all the equipment needed for anything you wanted to cook, clean and use. The only complaint I had was that the Master Bedroom TV didn't work Could only turn on manually but not turn to any stations, the remote wouldn't work even with new batteries.
