Welcome to Island Time Townhouses! Newly built, spacious and beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 levels, luxury townhouse with garage. The community is located in prime downtown location, 1 block across from the bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach and Ocean City's famous BOARDWALK. Our new luxury townhouse is not only equipped with all modern amenities and stylish furnishings, but also offers plenty of indoor space along with a community outdoor pool. Newly built in 2020, this townhouse offers all the modern conveniences! The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to the 1st bedroom with a king bed - sleep 2, and an attached full bath. On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and quartz counter top; a half bath and a living room with high-end furniture including a sofa beds (sleep 2) to accommodate the whole family. On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 very spacious bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 1 twin-on-twin bunk with a twin pullout trundle AND a queen bed also with a twin pullout trundle, sleep up to 6\. The master bedroom has 1 full-on-full bunk beds AND a queen bed, sleep up to 6\. Each bedroom has its own attached full bath. Close to all attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet. There's absolutely no issue with parking as there was a garage (meant for 2 cars but it was tight so we only used it for one) and there is always plenty of on street parking in front of the condo. If you are planning on going to the beach, the beach package is a must! The canopy, chairs, and wagon were fabulous! Top of the line products and made for the perfect beach day! ##### Amanda D. This property is beautiful, gorgeously decorated and in a great location. There were 5 adults and 1 teenager and we had more than enough space. Our stay was a quick getaway, so only 3 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.
