The community is located in prime downtown location, 1 block across from the bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach and Ocean City's famous BOARDWALK. Our new luxury townhouse is not only equipped with all modern amenities and stylish furnishings, but also offers plenty of indoor space along with a community outdoor pool. Newly built in 2020, this townhouse offers all the modern conveniences! The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to the 1st bedroom with a king bed - sleep 2, and an attached full bath. On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and quartz counter top; a half bath and a living room with high-end furniture including a sofa beds (sleep 2) to accommodate the whole family. On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 very spacious bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has 1 twin-on-twin bunk with a twin pullout trundle AND a queen bed also with a twin pullout trundle, sleep up to 6\. The master bedroom has 1 full-on-full bunk beds AND a queen bed, sleep up to 6\. Each bedroom has its own attached full bath. There's absolutely no issue with parking as there was a garage (meant for 2 cars but it was tight so we only used it for one) and there is always plenty of on street parking in front of the condo. Location is okay, you do have to cross one major intersection to get to the boardwalk so just be mindful of that. Otherwise was very nice to stay in! ##### Stephanie D. Easy walk to the beach, even with young children. The property was exactly as pictured and the host was very responsive. We had no issues with parking.
