This unit has a wide open floor plan that includes a spacious laundry room with additional cabinets; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop with breakfast bar; a dining area that can seat up to all 13 people; living room with high-end furniture including a sofa bed (sleep 2) along with an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to the private balconies with sliders off the living room and master bedroom for that gorgeous, unobstructed view of the sunset on the bay water! The sleeping quarter includes 3 very spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, sleeps 2 with a private workspace and sitting area, along with a private bath with upgraded granite countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. There is also another slider off the master bedroom providing access to the private balcony with water view of the bay as well. The second hall full bath also offers an upgraded granite vanity and bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full trundle, sleeps 4\. The third bedroom has a full on full bunk bed AND a full bed with a twin trundle, sleep up to 7\. All rooms have their own 50 inches Flat TV with extra charging stations and HDMI cables. Our beach house is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Everything was as listed very nice and clean except for minor things. My opinion now has definitely changed and I would not advise anyone to stay there. Two days later we receive an email stating we damaged the property from trash left in the house to busting the front door. At first i thought this was a joke but these people are really trying to make us pay for some bogus accusations. They even want us to pay for deep cleaning because they had to mop the floors. We payed a cleaning fee when we booked so what?? I could go on but i want. Im just saying buyer beware because my family and I have stayed in Ocean City on several occasions and a few different condos and NEVER have we had anything like this to happen. This was a beautiful place with a homie feel decor, very peaceful and relaxing, clean and modern. The location is perfect, close to everything, boardwalk is a short walk away. It has two comfortable rooms with a third that is pretty crowded. Two bathrooms (one of which is attached to the master) is not a lot for as many people as it can sleep. But our biggest complaint is that linens and towels were not included in the rental price. Maybe it was just us, but that is something we expected to be included. Nowhere else, in any of our other stays have we ever had to pay for those things. Yes, it did say on the list of amenities that those things were not included. It's just that we did not think to check that as we had never needed to before. Expensive lesson learned. ##### Jill R.
