Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Jun 28, 2025 #### Could Be Much Better This was not the usual Vacasa experience we have had in years past. Negatives: television did not work all week. Satellite went in and out and we had tv at best for 5 minutes at a time before losing signal. The washer and dryer in the laundry was completely blocked by the owners belongs. We had to unload and move several things before even getting to the washer and dryer. The hall bathroom had a foul smelling odor all week coming from the drain. The setup in the hall bathroom is also very odd. The sliding door opens on the opposite end of the faucet…if you are bathing your kids, you literally have to step into a tub full of water to open the drain and get the water out. Upon arrival the dishwasher was completely full of dirty dishes and the soap dispenser was clogged with what appeared to be salad dressing. Lastly, the granite countertop at the bar is dangerously loose….it is not connected securely at all. All in all, just not a great experience.
