Ocean City beaches and Boardwalk attractions are within two miles of home. You'll be within walking distance of convenient dining options. Ocean City Outlets, the Ocean City shuttle, and family-friendly attractions like Frontier Waterpark, go-karts, and mini golf can be found within minutes of the home.
Natural light and stylish coastal decor fill the interior, with separate living areas furnished for flexible home comfort. The furnished deck offers a sunny spot to relax while enjoying the water views. The lower living room features a smart TV, sofa, and walk-out access to a grassy yard area. A sectional and smart TV set the stage for movie nights in the main living area. The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home cooking, including all the major appliances and a convenient island prep station. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). #### Great Location
Stayed here for Oceans Calling Festival 2024 with my spouse. The location is amazing for the event. It is across the street from the shuttle and just over the bridge, so walking was possible in about 35 min. The property is clean and perfectly appointed for a stay but shows as a popular house with signs of typical vacation wear and tear.

#### Great home, perfect location!
This townhome is perfectly located in West OC. Great home, plenty of space, very clean and lovely view over the marina and bay. Only thing missing was a coffee pot or Keurig, but that's okay, we just walked around the corner to Starbucks. I would absolutely stay there again!
