Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. It was clean when we arrived. The view was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. I really liked how you get two parking spots, one in the garage and the other outside. The elevator was always clean and smelled good. (If you know you know!) It is a quiet complex. "The calm before the storm" with the White Marlin being next week. :o) The kitchen was well equipped. The water pressure and temp in the bathrooms were great as we had 6 people staying so most of the times both showers going at the same time. I hope to stay here again next year!! The negatives: The condo could use an update to include flooring. And for a "gated" community, we only saw the security guard at the gate when we checked in. Every other times we came in and out there was no guard and gate was open. (Not sure if they are supposed to be 24/7) ##### Charlotte J.
