The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. Are you ready for some of the best sunsets in Ocean City? Why spend money in a local bayside bar/restaurant when you can enjoy amazing sunsets from the comfort of your balcony? Just imagine after your fun filled day, heading to the balcony with your favorite drink and being greeted with cool breezes off the bay. As the sun goes down, enjoy the kaleidoscope of color and the bay water reflects the majestic glow above. It doesn't get much better. Inside this newly updated 2 BR 2 BA unit you will find new flooring throughout along with fresh paint. The living room has a sofa with a queen sleeper and a new love seat. The dining room has a table and chairs along with a coffee station with both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has new countertops, freshly painted cabinets along with stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen along with a private bath. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi. Outside, you will find two balconies with new patio furniture on both. Guests have access to the pool, which is great for cooling off on those hot summer days or is a great change of pace from the beach. This unit is conveniently located to all Ocean City offers! The beach is only 2.5 blocks away with easy access to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. There are numerous fantastic restaurants/bars within walking distance. A 2-block fishing area is directly in front of the building and provides hours of free entertainment; no fishing license required! The kids will love the skate park, basketball courts and a park, all within a two-block area. This is an ideal location for events at the inlet, West Ocean City, fishing charters or the horses at Assateague Island And don't forget to bring your binoculars to take in all the sea life & waterfowl from your balcony! I have just one small suggestion: it would be great if both bathrooms could provide their own shampoo and body wash.Everything else was truly excellent. The balcony view is absolutely the best part of this home — you can spend the whole day in the living room or on the balcony just watching the beautiful Isle of Wight Bay. The balcony isn’t fully exposed; the clear plastic panels block some of the cold air, so even in winter it’s still comfortable to sit for a while outside and enjoy the scenery. As our first experience outside the traditional hotel route, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Crab Cove was a true delight! Beautiful as advertised! We liked the beach décor and relaxing colors. The kids loved the pool. We’d communicated once with the hosts prior to our stay to add a guest and it was very easygoing. The check-in/check-out instructions provided in advance were helpful. The parking space was very convenient. The property had an AMAZING location on the sunset bay, next to a playground for the kids, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Markets and De Lazy Lizard were right around the corner. It was effortless to get to without having to horse around on the main streets and it was near the bus routes. Every comfort was provided: extra pillows/blankets, Wi-Fi and TVs in every room, sleep noise machines, plenty of towels, popcorn seasoning. The previous occupants didn’t unload the dishwasher so we didn’t find the coffee mugs until the last day of our stay. They also left water in the dryer. There was a funky old water/cat pee smell when we first arrived. We were able to improve it by dumping the water/using the machine. The toilets leaked slightly from their base so you might want to have a plumber redo the wax rings. The shower rod rusted onto the towel a little. We had a downstairs neighbor who chainsmoked, preventing us from using the patio as much as we would’ve liked. Crab Cove is a perfect place to stay, only a few blocks from the beach and right next to a park/playground. The bay views were spectacular, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My only complaint was that ‘no linens provided’ means not even a single dish towel for the kitchen. We think the rental association should have connected us about the building be worked on. Couldn't use the pool because they pressure washing and using a grinder on the building to prep for painting. We have stayed all over ocean city over the years and this was my fav location. The deck was so peaceful and I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. The unit was clean and a great size for our family of 4\. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk so you could get into the action when you wanted but quiet and peaceful back at home base. Across the street from a nice playground. We hope to be back again as my five year old said as we were leaving; I wish we lived here. ##### Jessica I. The view from the deck was tranquil and a gentle breeze was always felt while relaxing outside. Convenient to a park for children and a skate park for teens. About a 5-7 minute walk to the boardwalk. Walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants. The balconys are a great compliment to the property, right by the water with a great view where you can see the sun rise and set.
