Enjoy ocean views from this luxuriously upgraded condo in a popular oceanfront building just steps from the beach. You'll have a private balcony off the living room and main bedroom. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and there is seating for everyone at the handsome dining table. The suite also includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central AC, assigned parking for two vehicles, and multiple building elevators for easy access. Wake up with a freshly-brewed cup of coffee then head down to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand or visit the shared outdoor pool (open seasonally). With all this and more, you'll have a fantastic beach getaway in this beautiful oceanside condo! What's nearby: Summer Beach 602 is conveniently located on 35th Street just eight blocks from the Boardwalk. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, mini-golf, amusements, water sports, and more. Things to know: Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
