The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line. THINGS TO KNOW A $40 nonrefundable registration fee is required. No smoking. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 6. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We wanted to add an extra night and they wanted to charge us twice for cleanfee and whatever fees making adding an additional night unaffordable . I feel bad for the property owners who are missing out of revenue due to the greed of the rental company. My family has been renting here since I was a kid and it was always so east but now but dealing with the rental company now put a bad tasdte in my kouth ##### Elena M.
