Condo building was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. 2 bathrooms with a nice sized tub to soak in. Overall very pleasant, relaxing stay. The Owner Eric made us feel like family. My family and I will definitely, book this condo again in the future. Sep 11, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy If I could give this property a zero, I would. The place reeked of smoke and was not cleaned properly. The promised supplies were also not available. I do not believe the owner knows that the cleaning people do not do a good job. Additionally, owner accused Myself and guest of taking his supplies. We arrived and immediately telephoned him and reported everything to the front desk we did not stay one night of our four day stay we were forced to go get another property owner promise to return our money and then did not contact Vrbo. It was clean and ready early for us. As the condo is on the 25th and 26th floors, and the elevators only go to the 25th floor, it was awkward getting the luggage to the bedrooms on the upper floor. You have to use an outside stairway and walk to the upstairs door. The inside stairway is a spiral and is too small for luggage. It would also be dangerous for young children. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The living room was comfortable as were the bedrooms. The elevators were slow and broke down a few times during out stay...not a good thing when staying up so high. The outdoor pool was clean and we enjoyed the adult swim time in the morning. The views of the ocean and the bay are spectacular. The owner was very good with his communication. The condo has been well maintained, and the own supplies paper and cleaning products, which is a nice bonus, and not typical, in our experience of renting in OC for many years. Condo had everything needed for cooking meals, as well as all paper products! View was beautiful of ocean and bay. Erich communicated well before the stay. Didn’t need anything at all while we were there. Lots of stair comments in reviews so I’ll mention it was no trouble at all taking our big luggage around to the outside stairs. ##### Dara A.
