Gather the extended family together for a fantastic relaxed vacation at this sparkling, spacious West Ocean City town-home. This four-bedroom plus sleeping/living area home is situated in an ideal location just blocks from a bay-side beach, popular restaurants and bars. Less than a mile to the Ocean City public beaches and boardwalk or a 15 min drive from Assateague State and Federal parks beaches. Bright, airy, with 9' ceilings and lots of windows, this uniquely designed home is fun and relaxing for your extended family or group. It is decorated with tasteful art and design elements. As you enter this unit you will feel as though you've just stepped into a model home. You will be struck with the high ceilings and the generous room sizes and the large modern kitchen with wrap around counters. The open floor-plan includes a spacious great room that is huge by any standard. You will be impressed with all the natural light coming in from the abundant glass in the doors and windows. The location is perfect, as it is close to "Stinky Beach" where we walked the dogs every morning, there are tons of restaurants, things to do and the bridge heading over to OC and the boardwalk; all of which are minutes away. This condo was huge, so there was lots of space for everyone which was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there the condo next to us was being renovated almost the entire time we were there so parking became interesting. We did have an issue with our some of our linens that we rented being dirty, but we contacted management and they took care of it right away. The 2 balconies were dirty so we never used them and the garage was dirty as well, so no one used the workout equipment or ping pong table that was provided. Being that we brought the dogs it was a great location regarding grass. The pavement was so hot that going for walks would have been brutal/not possible without all of the grass by our condo. All in all we do recommend this condo for a family or 2 to have a great trip to OC. Steve was fantastic to work with, very responsive. ##### Stacey O. Plenty of room and privacy for our three adult sons -- who rotated in and out during our stay -- and their friends. We couldn't even hear them from the top floor when they were hanging out in the basement. Parking for four cars was a big plus, as was the fact that our labrador was welcome. He had a ball in the waves at Assateague, which was only 10-15 minutes away. Easy drive (even walk) to some great restaurants, as well as the Park and Ride to Ocean City proper. (We didn't use it, but probably would've if we'd been there longer.) Check-in was a breeze, and the owner/manager very responsive in all regards. Accommodated my last-minute request for sheets, for example. Our only gripe was someone in a nearby unit parked their work van in a space designated for us -- and stayed there for two days. Grr. Not anything the owner could've prevented or fixed, as they only have the one unit of the four townhomes. The convenience of the washer dryer on the top floor with the bedrooms is appreciated. We had a slow draining tub in one bathroom and the owner sent someone to repair it within hours of us calling. I was so impressed with the open floor plan on the main level and the room sizes for everyone to sleep. All our towels and bed linens were nicely folded and ready to use, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the smart TVs, and Game Box were a big hit. LOCATION WAS THE BEST. Everything is within a few minutes ride. The beach, the boardwalk, and ANYTHING you could possibly want from food shopping to Outlet mall, to every conceivable restaurant even closer. Most places you you could bike to. We had great family meals and take out, game nights, heated ping pong tournaments, and room to have some peace and quiet when needed. The owners were very responsive to a minor idiot issue on our part, as well as checked in to be sure we were satisfied. All in all, one of my favorite places to stay and did not want to leave...we will return again. NOTE to parents with Toddlers, bring 2 baby gates for over 30 inches wide for main floor. ##### Laura M. The house could have been in better condition. All the appliances were quite beat up and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and stains on the carpets from the previous people. But the owner was available on the phone right away and was very polite and apologetic. I still feel their cleaning service should have done a better job given that we did not check in till 4:45pm.
