Unit was outfitted with upscale furniture, decor and supplies. Being back from the beach was no sacrifice as the added walk was simply across the parking garage. The beach on 59st was perfect. Not too crowded, an umbrella stand and a mat-covered walkway to spare feet from hot sand. The only negatives were an abundance of sand in the washer, dryer and laundry room in general. Furnace filter was in dire need of replacement, which we did ourselves after a visit to the hardware store. There was also a mildew smell in one area near the master BR. We bought some odor absorbers to combat the smell, which we acclimated to, but when we got home and unpacked, everything had to be laundered again to remove the mildew smell. IMO these issues were not related to the owners but rather, seasonal maintenance. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Clare H. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own bathrooms and TVs (important when you're a sports fan trying to catch games!) Kitchen was well stocked and truly appreciated the little sand bucket gift for the kiddos. Perfect location with the convenience of 7-11/gas station across the street, grocery stores in either direction and lots of activities along the way. Not too far from the boardwalk, feet away from the sandy beaches and 3 floors down from indoor pool. Would hands-down stay here again as this is definitely in my top 3 spots to stay.
