This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people! You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach! This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach! So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us! THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. Fully stocked kitchen with supplies and everything we needed. Did not include linens it was an extra fee which was a bummer, and some rooms and bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it worked for what we needed. Two block walk from the beach was ideal. Property had beach chairs and cart which was a plus. Also being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus as street parking was limited. Plenty of room for our three kids, teenage niece and wife and I. The bunk beds for the kids was a hit! Loved the open kitchen concept and two balconies were nice to sit and have our coffee. The property had everything you need from cookware, washer and dryer to coffee makers. Great communication with owners. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ##### bt m. Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use. Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected. Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house. The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside. WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that. Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years. ##### Frank P.
