The kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Enjoy the 4th of July and New Year's Eve firework displays put on from West Ocean City, Seacrets, and Northside Park, all from your private balcony! The main bedroom offers convenient access to the private balcony as well. It also boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is cable in the living room and in the spare bedroom The fireplace is non-functional. Pool is on the 4th floor. Guests must have pool bands on. There are 6 pool bands for this home. There will be a fee of $25.00 if bands are lost or stolen. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. An easy 10 minute walk and we were on the sand, much more worth the price than paying a premium just to be on the beach side of the highway. We only even drove to dinner 2 nights out of 5 because there is so much to do within walking distance.
