This is a large, spacious floor plan - you won't be cramped in this one! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms! 1400 sq. ft. 4th floor top level unit with elevator in building! 2 free parking spots under cover and a washer and dryer in the unit! All bedrooms have a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has queen plus bunk beds! Cable, free Wi-Fi/high speed internet, central A/C and DVD player in unit! This condo is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. The Waves building is a perfect North Ocean City location and is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc. \*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65\. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products. \*\*We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. \*\* \*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups.
