Very convenient location with amusement parks and water activities right at the door steps. Not as noisy as I thought even though the go cart park is right next door. Never had a check-in w/ a sec. dep. required, and pet fee taken at check-in. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen... and it is stated in the fine print on the listing. Office staff was super friendly. We spent Thanksgiving week in this nicely decorated condo! Very comfortable furnishings and the view of the bay is amazing. We brought our precooked Thanksgiving dinner with us and was able to heat it up in the nicely stocked kitchen. The management team was excellent and answered any questions we had.
