Checkin was a mess. office closes at 5, but cant check in until after 5\. so you have to go back the next morning? kinda of a hassle. and WIFI was an issue as password wouldnt work. Thankfully wasn't open when we were there! The kitchen could use a little help in the way of cooking essentials; pots/pans, cutlery, glassware/ silverware. Never had a check-in w/ a sec. dep. required, and pet fee taken at check-in. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen... and it is stated in the fine print on the listing. Office staff was super friendly. We spent Thanksgiving week in this nicely decorated condo! Very comfortable furnishings and the view of the bay is amazing. We brought our precooked Thanksgiving dinner with us and was able to heat it up in the nicely stocked kitchen. The management team was excellent and answered any questions we had.
