This lovely unit is located in one of the finest buildings in Ocean City Maryland and offers something for every guest. Sleeping 6 guests comfortably you will find a primary suite with private bath and queen bed. Hall bedroom will offer an additional queen bed. The living room is spacious and open comfortably furnished with a queen sleep sofa. You will also find a second full bath off of the living area. One of the most wonderful bonuses you will find is the fantastic ocean and bay views from the private balcony off of the dining and living area. You will love everything this property has to offer for your vacation getaway to Ocean City MD! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

The views of the Ocean and Bay were outstanding! The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are not renovated but suit there purpose.

Labor day

The the unit was very nice but a little outdated. The toilet kept running and the property manager was aware before we moved in. No towels, hairdryer and lack of supplies in the kitchen. Found dishes that was never cleaned out and stank in the dishwasher. We had to rerun. The area of location was beautiful. Overall nice but needs updating.

Short Get-A-Way

Wonderful view of the ocean and the bay from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Easy access to the beach and amenities like a pool, laundry, and fitness are nice enhancements. We had a wonderful long weekend and will be looking for this unit's availability the next time we plan a trip to OC.
