Nautical-themed 3BR/2BA canal-front condo on Newport Drive in Ocean City, MD. Features an updated interior with coastal decor, open living space, and water views. Enjoy your private deck, beach supplies, and easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.  
  
The Space:  
This unit only rents to 25 years and older.  
No Senior week groups allowed.  
Your cleaning fee includes all linens and house towels - just bring your own beach towels.  
  
1 permanent spot and 1 shared parking spot - see photos - We are unit A.  
  
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and a Keurig coffee maker.  
Breakfast bar and small seating for 5 to eat.  
  
Living room with 55" smart TV and large leather sofa and chair.  
  
Large back deck overlooking a canal leading out to the Assawoman Bay - No boat docking available with this unit.  
Beach supply closet - 4 chairs / umbrella / cart / boogie boards for guests use.
