The Space: This unit only rents to 25 years and older. No Senior week groups allowed. Your cleaning fee includes all linens and house towels - just bring your own beach towels. 1 permanent parking spot and 1 shared parking spot - see photos - We are unit A. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and a Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast bar and small seating for 5 to eat. The boat slip is available as an upgrade for $100 per stay - guest is responsible for any and all damages to the dock as well as their own vessel.
