The staff are so caring, considerate and ALWAYS SO WILLING TO HELP MAKE YOUR STAY AND EXPERIENCE THE BEST EVER! CJ was ESPECIALLY AMAZING! Mira even went to grab a bag we forgot at Rachel’s for us and put it in our room since we were at Atlantique when we realized we forgot it. SUCH EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE!

Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. They had one glitch, the AC in their room suddenly went out (which is unfortunate but it happens). With no stress, they were moved to a cottage which was a substantial upgrade. Management is all about customer service. Highly recommend a stay.

Loved the location of my stay. Had a couple of hiccups with tv and toilet but it was addressed right away and hey , this was their opening weekend so no worries. I was moved to another room and all good. Staff was amazing, felt more like friends . I would definitely come back and I would refer them to friends. The ease of getting to and from the ferry was awesome! Check in/ out was great! Very accommodating and genuine.

My expensive room was tiny. The included breakfast was a block away, and was minimal to say the least. My night table wss a refrigorator and the shower had a shower curtain,not a door. A rip off is an understatment

Outside bay area was nice but the service was terrible. To start we checked in at 11 on Friday, was told we would get a text when the room was ready and we did not. Ended up getting our room keys at 6pm if it wasn't for us calling and asking. The next morning we asked for new towels and nothing was brought to our room. Sand everywhere on the floor when we first got in. The building seems old and simply not kept nice. 2 beds were squeezed in a room thats a size that fits 1. Not a great experience and it was a pricy stay so was expecting more than what we got.

I have to say, spending over a 1,000 each night. You would have no mold in the bathroom, better beds, utensils beside one knife, better HVAC and not smell mold. Not booking again!

The stay was really good accept the room we thought we booked with you was not what we got. The king room was very small. The hotel said you booked us on that room but when i originally booked it said I was getting a bigger room. Not sure where the mix up was, but the room was claustrophobic & really o my fit a bed with no side tables & no closet

The front desk staff was fairly surly. At $600 a night for a tiny room management should require a little more professionalism and make sure guests feel valued. Also the desk does not respond to messages in a timely fashion.
