Check in was ridiculous, the property was not ready at 3 and the host gave us an attitude about it. She was supposedly 15 minutes late because she was cleaning. The place Smelled like a kennel when we walked in. There were dead bugs on the floor. All of the smoke detectors were popped open to stop them from beeping for batteries. There was no handsoap and only a tiny bit of watered down dish soap. All of the rooms are small and the closets and drawers were packed full so there was hardly a spot for your luggage. Only one of the three tvs in the house worked. There were no top sheets on any of the beds. The yard was full of dog poop. Would definitely stay there again. It was in the middle of everything which was nice. there are a few items that would make it even better.. I would suggest that you invest in a TV antenna (from Walmart or Amazon) so your guests can at least watch local channels. We're not movie people and if someone that's staying there doesn't have a netflix or hulu account, it doesn't do much good. Also, you might want to get some new cookware (the teflon coverage is flaking off when you use it) and maybe a small pyrex casserole dish for the microwave. It was located right by rainbow river and KP Hole Park. Walmart was just a few minutes down the road. The outdoor shower is a super cute idea. They’ve got lots of board games and movies. The place has the potential to be GREAT! It for sure needs some upkeep though. Hardly anything was actually clean. None of the pots and pans were clean, bathroom was still dirty with hair in it. Fridge and freezer could have been wiped out. And the coffee pot had old moldy Coffee in it. It was pretty bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bed frames (other than the bunk bed) felt like they would fall apart if we moved to much lol. We killed about 10 roaches as well but for the price we paid we really weren't upset about it. They have Wi-Fi but don’t count on using it, it won’t work. I didn’t mind too much about the Wi-Fi but we had no service in our phones either so it was hard to use GPS. Overall, I think they just need a new house keeper. I’d stay here again. ##### Katelyn B. This was a very affordable and close option. The futon was honestly the only downside. Both beds were memory foam and comfortable. We decided to sleep on the couch instead of the futon and it was fine. The Keurig worked so i was happy. You can tell they are trying to fix up the place and make improvements. The owner was very prompt to communicate and it's exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and loved the diving. Would recommend. ##### Vann D. We stayed at this property for a couple days recently and found the house clean, comfortable, roomy and pet friendly! I was so at home and pleased to pass the recent hurricane in comfortable accomodations. I honestly felt like I was totally at home here. Definitely will come again!
