Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Clean pool. However the room faced the interstate highway and was noisy. The whirlpool jets were not functioning well. The breakfast, while generous, was not particularly healthy. Lots of high fat and starchy foods.

Nice clean and comfy stay
Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Only issue is very close to i75 and disturb by the road traffic. Rest very nice staff clean environment and comfy fresh served breakfast.

The property is in need of a serious remodel! Rooms are poorly lite with a heavy smell of mildew/mold. Our room faced the highway, which keeped us up all night!

This place was a true bargain for the price. It was fantastic! Very nice and clean. Modern rooms with lots of charging docks, too! And the breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from and a very friendly staff!!! Would stay again!

The only reason we booked this placewas for the kids to swim. Well the pool was under construction and no where was it indicated on the web sit that the pool was closed or we would have gone somewhere else. The front desk was no help in that regards. They just kept staying that it was on the website, which it wasn't and I did show them that fact. Gave me a card to call manager but said manager wouldn't be in till Monday. We were only staying till Sunday. On top of all that the room smelled liked it was full of mildew and the carpet was damp. We all woke up with stuffy noises and runny noses. The stairways had garbage and ledt clothing in them. Not a place we will ever be staying in again.

The physical building and room was nice. We stayed for 3days but only had 2 washcloths; unable to get more. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible but there was only one grab bar by the shower. No grab bars by the toilet and the toilet was not the elevated one for handicap people.

Trucks and Automobiles All Night Long
We were given a room on the side that was right next to I75. The truck traffic was extremely heavy all night long and obnoxiously loud. The motel was not even close to 1/2 full so this had to be complete indifference on the staffs part. I am sure they know this is a problem, and should have let us know or placed us in a less noisy area. I got a horrible night's sleep as a result. My confidence in Fairfield has been shattered after good results before now.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the pool & hot tub were great. The breakfast was good and offered several choices. The only downfall is the highway is very noisy close to the pool and traffic is heavy in the area. It is very convenient to everything and Silver Springs isn’t too far away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay so pleasant.
