Discover the idyllic retreat paradise at the foot of the Schloßberg, right on the edge of the forest. Our 55m² holiday flat promises not only a quiet and sunny atmosphere with its location, but also short distances to the highlights of the surrounding area. Only a few steps separate you from the spa gardens, the lively pedestrian zones and the AQUARIA panorama pool, which is about 300 metres away and which, with its sauna area and water slide, leaves no room for boredom. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this accommodation offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.  
  
Inside there are 2 cosily furnished rooms that leave nothing to be desired. The flat impresses with its extensive and well-kept furnishings, which convey a cosy feeling. In the living room, a pull-out corner sofa invites you to linger, while amenities such as cable TV, an Internet radio with CD, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and free WiFi are available. Important to know: This is a non-smoking flat where tidiness and cleanliness are a top priority.  
  
The spacious, furnished sunny balcony and a spacious outdoor seating area are ideal for relaxing outdoors, complemented by barbecue facilities that invite you to spend cosy evenings in the fresh air.
