It was clean and fairly well outfitted. Some items need replacing as on a cold morning neither of the fan heaters worked. In the kitchen the saucepan was pealing inner coating and not safe to use and as there wasn’t a large microwave safe container to cook with preparing dinner was impossible. Supplies of crockery, cutlery, utensils all good. Plenty of room for our group G’ma, Mum & toddler. The only gripe was the black mould around the shower screen. When we told the proprietor, he was apologetic & had obviously overlooked that spot as everything else was very clean.
