On 127 m² of living space, 6 people find enough space to feel comfortable on vacation. The house is on the outskirts with a clear view of nature. Those looking for peace and relaxation will find this here. A variety of hiking trails lead around the village. In winter, you can get on the disc stage trail directly at the house, a classic cross-country trail. In the basement is the garage integrated into the house, the fully equipped laundry room, the boiler room and a storage room. Living and dining room, with tiled stove and access to the terrace, are on the ground floor, as well as the kitchen, a bedroom and the guest bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms are available on the upper floor, if you want to retreat there is also a room to relax, as well as a bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. The building is heated in all rooms with underfloor heating. Claudia war super nett und hat uns sogar einen kulinarischen Willkommensgruß in Form von Hefezopf und Marmelade + Wein bereitet, was ebenfalls einzigartig ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Die bergige Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt direkt zum Wandern ein. Zum Radfahren ist es hier allerdings viel zu bergig. Da muss man erst mit dem Auto fahren, um einen geeigneten Startpunkt für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren zu finden.
