### Ferienhaus , Tanne.

Pretty holiday home with a fireplace and a large terrace. Due to the hillside location, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Harz mountains. Only 500 meters away is the Hotel Tannenpark, whose sauna area and indoor pool you can use for a fee - a relaxing thing after a long hike! The small town of Tanne is a real traditional town and is embedded in beautiful coniferous forests at an altitude of 500 meters. All guests of Tanne can explore the impressive nature in an exciting way on extensive hiking and cycling trails as well as on the 7.5-kilometer circular hiking trail with information boards. Highlights: Use of the pool is included per stay Activities nearby: whether it's hiking or mountain biking, a boisterous family holiday with children or a culturally and historically interesting trip with friends: there is something for everyone in the Harz National Park. The loveliest hiking trails lead almost to the front door of your holiday home and promise you incomparable impressions of nature. A great alternative to climbing the Brocken is a hike to the Wurmberg in Braunlage. Lower Saxony's highest mountain is easy to conquer even for inexperienced alpinists and offers you an almost equally spectacular panorama when the visibility is good. How about a detour to the high ropes course in St. Andreasberg.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The use of the sauna area includes the use of the pool. Both are located in the Hotel Tannenpark, approx. 500m away.

Schönes Haus, das alles bietet, was Sie brauchen. Es ist sehr privat, Parkplätze sind vor Ort möglich und von der Veranda aus haben Sie eine schöne Aussicht. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt, was ideal ist, wenn Sie Ihren(n) Hund(e) mitbringen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge oder einfach nur einen Spaziergang in der Umgebung. Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderbare Woche hier!Kleine Aufmerksamkeit: Wir haben einen großen Hund, aber er hat es geschafft, an einer bestimmten Stelle (nach einer läufigen Hündin) unter das Tor zu kriechen. Wir haben das gelöst, indem wir an dieser Stelle einen Container aufgestellt haben, aber vielleicht kann sich der Manager/Eigentümer das ansehen, ebenso wie das Schiebeschloss des Tors, weil es locker ist.

#### Super Haus, super Lage!

Das Haus liegt in einer super ruhigen Gegend und doch in ein paar Autominuten mitten im Geschehen. Die Übergabe an der Rezeption war super sympathisch, kostenlos wurde uns sogar für einen Tag noch ein Schlitten zur Verfügung gestellt,sowie die Mitbenutzung von Hallenbad und Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Der einzige kleine Punkt sind die Heizungen, die sehr lange gebrauchten haben warm zu werden, aber dafür hat uns der Kamin in dieser Zeit ganz viel Wärme gespendet. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
