Llegamos al hotel y estaba todo cerrado no pudimos hacer noche allí con el perjuicio que supone en tiempos de COVID tener que buscar otro sitio para dormir a esas horas y en una zona tan poco concurrida, tuvimos que hacer muchos kilómetros para poder descansar algo. No deberían de ninguna manera ofertar habitaciones que no pueden atender

Friendly and welcoming

I found the hosts very pleasant and friendly. The price for the small room was good. Location was out of the way but proved to be quite accessible. Needed to go outside though to make a call on my mobile. Then no problems at all. Good.

Nice rustic guest house

This is a nice rustic simple guest house in the countryside near Marlbronn. While the restaurant was closed, the owner offered to prepare a dinner for us. Plenty of fruit trees for picking. Heads up that the wireless connection requires a German account.

Great place with pleasant surroundings

The Gasthaus was close to the Maulbronn monastery that we wanted to see (4.4 miles). We wanted a place by a small town with quiet and places to park. This fit the bill remarkably well. A lovely place a mile from a small town. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. Food was excellent in the restaurant and they had a nice breakfast nook in the morning. They have good signage to get to the place as it is not on the main road which I felt was a plus as we were able to walk after dinner in the neighborhood with others. They are kid friendly with a playground on site.
