Thomas FlierAt Palacio Borghese we always take into consideration the comments of our guests and we evaluate them, therefore I would like to mention the following points:1.- You requested the Firenze room trough Expedia Group, which was assigned to you.2.- The Firenze room is on the ground floor at the back part of the hotel, it has a window that overlooks a light cube, likewise the bathroom has a large window that overlooks the same light cube.3.- When you arrived and were shown the room, Mrs. Veronica wanted to change her room, but she was told that we did not have more rooms available, so she decided to go find another hotel where the room was to her liking. After two hours you returned and said other hotels were more expensive and decide to stay with us.4.- Also you mentioned that your sons worked at GOOGLE web site, referring to what they could do to us.5.- The next day at breakfast time, Mrs. Veronica mentioned that she wanted to change hotel and they told her that there was no problem for us, she asked rates for other hotels and decided to go find another hotel, later she came back and said that they would always stay with us.6.- During all the time, Mrs. Veronica put it but everything, she wanted the continental breakfast to be as she considered it should be, she asked for a Perrier water and mentioned that for what reason she was going to be charged, in short, for the hotel staff the situation was always a little tired since Ms. Veronica was very special.7.- We are very sorry that they had not made the decision to change hotels since they always had the opportunity to do so, but nevertheless they stayed and continued complaining about everything.8.- I hope that the next time they make a hotel reservation they know how to select the type of hotel they want and what is included in the rate to avoid misunderstandings.Despite everything, we hope that your visit to our beautiful City of Oaxaca has been to your liking.Sincerely.
