"Downstairs apartment was lovely. Quiet, amazing big deck, roomy shower, comfortable big bed. Tried the tub but never got the water to warm up… but not s problem in the heat of August! Worried about the tight parking, but it turned out that the other renters were my brother and his wife, that was awesome! (We only knew we were on the same street…) Coffee on thd deck with the pine trees was perfect."

"We had the best weekend having a birthday celebration! We spent most of the time at the house on the water! We fished from the dock every night and caught a couple of catfish! We had dinners out on the patio and used the gas fire pit! We played lots of pool! We paddle boarded! This VRBO has it all! It was clean, had all the kitchen essentials! "We came into town for our friends Labor Day party and were able to rent this amazing cottage right on the water. The views from the back deck are absolutely gorgeous! House a very spacious lay out with two good sized bathrooms and a really nice kitchen. We were able to BBQ dinner one night while taking in the lake views. Will hopefully stay here again in the future!"

"We went over the bridges and through the woods to Grandmothers house! Very peaceful and pleasant homey space. Everything was ready to go, kitchen is well equipped, porch swing is waiting and the view is unbeatable. We lucked out with our own Lady of the Lake, a neighbor who turned us on to the cool history and geology of the area and gave us a tour on her speedboat!"

"This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."

It has a nice open layout and wrap around deck that makes the most out of the pool and hot tub area, with a beautiful view across the valley while being completely private and quiet. "I really like the house. To be honest, I never got a chance to explore all that it offered, but the view was wonderful from the living/dining room and the surroundings great for a walk/jog. We had a wonderful relaxed time visiting some very good wineries, and also just relaxing at the house. Could have stayed much longer. Alan (owner) was in close touch the whole time.
