This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor while the third is in the loft bedroom upstairs. This home offers newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms for your comfort and convenience. Outside, step onto the spacious deck, complete with a gas grill for BBQ's, plenty of seating for outdoor dining, and a relaxing hot tub for starlit soaks. The large yard is ideal for games and gatherings, and the firepit area invites you to toast marshmallows and share stories under the night sky. ​​​​​​​Bring your furry friends! We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or an adventure-filled getaway, Wandering Woods is your home away from home. This home does not have cable tv. There is a strict 2 dog limit. Max. parking spaces: 6 IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.) WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow. RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent.
